International Property account will range across all territories excluding the USA and Caribbean. Business will be considered on a pro-rata, per risk excess and catastrophe excess of loss basis.
The Property Treaty account will complement our Motor / Liability portfolios allowing us to develop a “composite” reinsurer approach to our client base.
A maximum programme limit of US$20m will be utilised.
