Within this property line of business, we write a typical US surplus and excess lines binding authority for commercial lines and standard personal lines business.

PORTFOLIO SUMMARY 

• Delegated authority portfolio with a strategic focus to lead
• 95% of business is direct with an 85% bias towards commercial lines
• Catastrophe focused book modelled using AIR
• Target audience is SME ($50m) full value business
• Written in US, Canada and the Caribbean only
• Excess & Surplus written in the USA. Admitted Market for Canada & the Caribbean

OPEN MARKET

Within this property line of business, we write a balanced portfolio of US and International exposures.

PORTFOLIO SUMMARY 

• Open market/single risk account only
• US portfolio has a catastrophe focus
• Non US portfolio is occupancy driven
• Portfolio structure is focused towards excess business (60%), with 40% primary
• Underwriting focus towards working layers which do not experience an attritional frequency
• Catastrophe exposed line limited to $3M with a $5M maximum non catastrophe exposed line
• Underwriting strategy includes high risk classes (e.g. hard rock mining) where there is an opportunity to risk manage the insured & exposures

Within this property line of business, we write a specfic  book concentrating on high value home owners.

PORTFOLIO SUMMARY 

• Portfolio is binding authority driven, with complimentary, yet incidental, open market
• Majority written in a lead capacity
• Accommodate both catastrophe & non catastrophe perils
• Focus on high value homes with a minimum of $250,000 up to a maximum line size of $15M
• Underwrite on an excess & surplus lines basis in US, as an admitted market in Canada & the Caribbean
• Defining criteria of segment are size, value, quantity of construction & pride of ownership
• Portfolio is property focused with associated personal liability
